The scrip program is a gift card ordering program that enables you to save money on tuition as well as being a useful tool in budgeting and good stewardship. It is easy to use and can be accessed and ordered online and then picked up in the school office.

DIRECTIONS
To access the site, simply visit
www.shopwithscrip.com

Create an account by entering the enrollment code:  CALL OFFICE FOR CODE  (which will designate HCS as your organization) and follow the prompts to sign up.

Select the “My Account tab” and then “My Announcements” to see upcoming order submission and pickup dates. Your cards can then be picked up at the school on the listed pick-up dates.

For each gift card order, you will receive the percentage shown of your purchase as a credit on your tuition at Heartland minus the .5% the school will retain for expenses. These percentages range any- where from 2% to upwards of 25%, depending on the retailer. There are also specials that are run each month by certain retailers where they raise their percents. If you give gift cards at Christmas, you can earn a little extra tuition money for yourself too!

PAYMENT OPTIONS
There are two payment options currently available:
1.    Under the payment option section, select the “check” option. This will allow you to pay in the office when you pick up your order.
2.   Sign up for presto-pay one week prior to placing your order. (See the prompts on the site) Call the school office with any questions.
