STORIES

Grandparents of Enzo and Elijah
Enzo is a very kind hearted and curious 6-year-old who always tries to do what’s right. We’re proud of how honest he is and how much he loves to learn new things.
We enjoy watching him play basketball, learn Bible verses, and color. Some of our favorite times together are playing outside on the farm—building hay forts, running through the woods, and having Nerf gun battles.
A special memory we hold close is Enzo’s birth—he arrived two months early, weighing just three pounds.

Grandparents of Milan and Brecklynn
Milan: We were most excited the day Milan rode his bike for the 1st time because he struggled with learning that, but persevered until he mastered it. We love his curiosity and his ability to carry on a conversation with most adults. His grandfather enjoys playing pool and basketball with him; his grandmother enjoys playing cards, teaching him the keyboard, and listening to him read.
Brecklynn: We enjoy that Brecklynn has such a thirst for learning and such a good attitude when we're trying to teach her anything. Her grandparents enjoy free time with her when we have competitions, whereby she makes up dances/cheers and we have to do the same. In fact, we made Olympic cards to rate each other (her idea!!!). Her grandmother also loves Brecklynn's love of music. We spent the day at Kennywood Park this past summer--Milan, Brecklynn, Grammy, and Pappy--and it is one of our best days ever with them ❤️

Grandparents of Desiree and Zion
We are so proud of Desi for how she loves her family and for how much she loves school and learning. She loves to do arts and crafts and we love watching her create. She is also very athletic and musical as well. We enjoy doing arts and crafts together, and going to fun places such as Irons Mill, White House Fruit Farms, out to dinner, or just playing at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Our special memories include sleepovers, cooking together, making fruit trays, doing arts and crafts, running the race at White House Fruit Farms together, going to the beach, playing games, and attending church together. Desi is creative, smart, energetic, and so sweet in how she loves her family. We can't wait to see how the Lord uses these gifts and talents to bring glory to His name!

Grandparents of the Muckridges
We are the proudest grandparents of Jack, Luke, and Evan Muckridge. These boys bring so much love and joy to our lives. They are each excellent students and have the kindest hearts. We have lots of fun times together. We love watching each of them play basketball. Jack also plays golf. They love our sleepovers and dinner nights. The one thing we all love so much is going to the Outer Banks with our whole family. We truly are blessed.
